2025 KPop Dance Showcase Audtion
We are thrilled to announce auditions for the 2025 season of Korea Festival Fort Wayne KPop Dance Showcase, which will take place at the end of the festival on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at the Purdue Fort Wayne, Auer Music Hall!
We invite people of all ages and skill levels to audition, whether you’re a dancer with experience or a passionate KPop fan who practices your favorite routines in your bedroom! We ask you read carefully at the information below for instructions and information about the showcase. All dance entries are subject to review by our small judge panel to ensure the highest quality possible for our festival attendees.

How to Participate
Prepare your favorite KPop dance routine.
Learn the choreography through the dance version of your chosen song.
You may also create a medley of multiple songs/routines, but the total length should not exceed 5 minutes. Feel free to wear a costume, use your own props, and incorporate your creativity!
Please keep in mind that this is a family friendly show, so keep your costume and choreography appropriate.

If you are dancing as part of a group, please have every member of your group fill out a form.
Let us know if you have a time preference for your in-person auditions to help us select your time.
Check your email for confirmation and video submission instructions.
Instructions for your in-person/video audition will be provided in full detail in the email you used to register for the showcase. Please make sure that it is an email you regularly access as we will communicate directly through there!
Attend the In-Person Audition OR Send in your Video Audition before the deadline.
We will do our best to accommodate with your requested available time if you chose to do In-Person auditions.
Late video entries or extension will not be accepted if you do not give us advanced notice. Please test out your video uploads ahead of time to avoid interruptions or errors on deadline day.
When recording, please make sure we can see your entire body for the performance and you are in a well-lit location. We will automatically disqualify you if the video is in a dimly lit or dark area where it is difficult to see you and/or your choreography.
Additional information will be given to ALL performers that qualify for the showcase.
